​The Displaced is the rock and roll duo Jen Jansen and Simon Mandel.

Originating in 2000, The Displaced credits their sound to the grunge and desert rock of their youth.  Their early records are very much inspired by the cities and places they lived, spinning vibrant tales into a raucous sound. Jansen and Mandel are currently living and rocking from their Chicago headquarters.
